Hi, I’m Nicoletta — or just Niki.
I was born in Mississippi, raised in sunny Florida, and in 1995 I followed my heart (and heritage) all the way to southern Italy. Today I call a small town just outside of Bari home — right in the heart of Apulia, where my father was born.
Before I became a wedding planner, I spent years working in the hospitality industry — from luxury hotels to a certain world-famous theme park. That experience taught me what it really means to take care of people and create unforgettable experiences.
My journey into weddings began at my uncle’s reception venue. I fell in love with the energy, the joy, and the challenge of making every event feel truly special. That’s when I decided to deepen my knowledge, study under expert planners, and earn my official certification. And I haven’t stopped learning since.
My method: Southern Charm
My approach combines the warmth of the American South with the soul of Southern Italy — I call it “Southern Charm”.
To me, it means a celebration filled with beauty, tradition, elegance, and care. It’s about honoring family, good food, unforgettable music, and heartfelt connection.
